Description

  • Handle and process Ansuran(installment) applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate customer requests and provide the appropriate order form based on their requirements.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of agreements to financial partners such as JCL or Aeon Credit.
  • Provide alternative solutions or payment options for customers whose Ansuran applications are not approved.

Requirement

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
