Job Details:

  • Work Location: Cyberjaya
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Offered Salary: RM 6,500 - RM 7,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing third party risk as part of the integrity due diligence requirements and providing tailored and risk-based advice on mitigations;
  • Working with the businesses and functions to explain the end-to-end integrity due diligence requirements and ensure these are understood by the contract holders and contract owners and CP leads;
  • Identification of opportunities to simplify and improve efficiencies in the processes around integrity due diligence and wider E&C compliance;

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong influencing and communication skills (written, oral, presentation, interpersonal) that are effective in diverse business cultures.
  • Experience in working across organisational levels, with cross-functional and cross-business teams.
  • Good planning and organising skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks and have an eye for detail.
  • Experience of understanding and taking account of business drivers and needs.
  • The ability to do risk management in a live business setting.
  • Able to operate under pressure and to stand up in the face of conflict or resistance.
  • Experience working across businesses and functions and across cultures and geographies.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Excellent formal written and oral communication skills in English language are essential.
  • Fluency in Chinese will be great asset.
