Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Account Executive (AP & AR) to manage the company's financial records, reporting, and accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and be able to work efficiently within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Process invoices, payments, claims, and manage cash flow.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
