Job description

We are looking for an energetic content creator who is always on-trend, with creative ideas on how to gain brand traction through creating and delivering innovative content that aligns with our branding and vision.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in any photo/video editing software (including mobile).
  • Familiar with content pillars and content calendar.
  • Good in planning, developing, and executing content strategies for promotional events and new product launches across social media and digital platforms.
  • Algorithm whisperer. Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the ever-changing Social Media algorithms.
  • Proficiency and up to date with social media usage ie Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook & Thread.
  • Fluent in English and good copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinker with good ability to execute ideas.
  • Able to create fresh, dynamic content in a diverse range of styles, techniques and subject matter.
  • A strong grasp of colors, typography, composition and layout.
  • Good video editing capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate their vision clearly and work with others in a team setting.
  • Ability to multitask, working on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively and work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Trend savvy and passionate about staying up-to-date with design trends.
  • Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
  • Proactive hard worker, with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively assist in developing social media plans and posts.
  • Assist in creating contents, captions and posts through Social Media managing apps (inclusive of instastory, flatlays, videos, and all necessary content).
  • Prepare Monthly Social Media Report for managements review on its growth, brand exposure and insights performance.
  • Optimize content to boost visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • To assist in producing captivating promotional content.
  • To visualize & execute conceptual ideas for content.
  • To edit and optimise offline content for physical stores.
  • To assist in producing campaigns for social media.
  • To assist in Campaign shoots inclusive of pre-production, production & post-production (poses, shots, BTS and #nofilters).
  • Identify and evaluate channels that may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Actively & frequently propose new and improved clickbait idea.
  • Actively and frequently propose new and improved outreach ideas.
  • To freely share knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
