What you'll be doing?
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Implement Marketing Plans: Design and execute marketing plans for company products, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
  • Coordinate with Media: Work with media representatives and sponsors to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Develop targeted sales strategies in partnership with the sales team to drive sales.
  • Client Engagement: Answer client queries about product specifications and maintain regular follow-up.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Sales Data Tracking: Monitor sales data to ensure the company meets its sales quotas.
  • Performance Reporting: Create and present sales performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the company's products or services through various branding initiatives.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: At least bachelor's degree in business studies or Sales & Marketing field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English & Malay for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office for documentation, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, results-oriented, and highly driven.
  • Transport and Travel: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
