  • Monitor and update employees' attendance records on a daily basis.
  • Verify and prepare data for payroll processing, including overtime and attendance calculations.
  • Coordinate with Heads of Department (HODs) to expedite approvals of overtime, leave, and rosters to prevent payroll delays.
  • Key-in monthly duty rosters in Excel and QTMS.
  • Handle new employee registration and issuance of ID badges.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as screening candidates and arranging interviews.
  • Administer monthly medical claims and manage uniform distribution.
  • Prepare weekly lateness reports and verify gate pass records for payroll.
  • Maintain attendance records for outsourced workers (East West).
  • Prepare HR meeting minutes and follow up on canteen-related matters.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
  • New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with attendance and payroll systems (e.g., QTMS) and basic knowledge of payroll processes will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
