About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
EE Hardware Design Engineer
to join our innovative team in Georgetown. In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and releasing the electronic hardware that powers our products.

You will manage the complete hardware development lifecycle — from architecture design and component selection to validation, manufacturing release, and documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both creativity and technical precision in bringing real-world products to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test electronic hardware circuits to meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Perform PCB layout design and generate Gerber files for manufacturing.
  • Select, evaluate, and qualify electronic components for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct hardware simulations, testing, and performance validation.
  • Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and product teams to support release, production, and change management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Electronics or Electrical Engineering
    (or a related discipline).
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in hardware design, development, and testing.
  • Proficient in
    Altium
    ,
    Protel
    , or
    KiCad
    PCB design tools.
  • Familiar with
    ESP32
    ,
    STM32
    , and
    ARM-based processors
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Bluetooth
    ,
    LoRa
    , and
    Wi-Fi
    communication technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
