Key Responsibilities:

●      Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, forecasts, and annual audits.

●      Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, tax laws, and internal control policies.

●      Manage the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, general ledger, revenue accounting, and monthly closings.

●      Submit timely financial results to HQ and maintain data accuracy across financial systems.

●      Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.

●      Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.

●      Oversee tax preparation and filing (e.g., income tax, SST) and assess tax implications of business activities.

●      Implement and maintain internal controls, regularly reviewing financial procedures and policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

●      Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

●      Certifications: Professional accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.

●      Experience: Proven experience in finance and accounting, including financial statement preparation, HQ consolidation, and tax filing.

●      Knowledge: Strong understanding of MFRS, financial reporting standards, and Malaysian regulations.

●      Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software and financial systems.

●      Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
