What you'll be doing

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and database
  • Organise and manage the storage of all items, ensuring efficient and accessible storage
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
  • Prepare and distribute requested items to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracy
  • Implement and follow proper storage and handling protocols
  • Assist with the coordination of deliveries and shipments
  • Provide support to the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of inventory management systems and computer applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
