Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Taman Mount Austin

  • Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Perform daily accounting tasks such as preparing journal entries, processing payment vouchers, and conducting bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer collections to ensure timely payments.
  • Review and verify supplier invoices and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, management accounts, and related schedules.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers as needed.
  • Assist with statutory reporting and tax-related submissions, including SST and other regulatory filings.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
  • Fresh graduateis welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking individuals.
  • Familiar with AutoCount will be added advantage
  • Possesses own transport
