Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant, based in Simpang Empat. The Pharmacy Assistant will primarily assist with processing prescriptions, managing inventory in the pharmacy, and providing excellent customer service to patients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy, and responding courteously to inquiries, both in-person and over the phone. The role supports the pharmacists in delivering effective and efficient healthcare services.

Qualifications

  • Skills in handling prescriptions and a basic understanding of pharmacy operations
  • Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Experience with Inventory Management to support efficient pharmacy operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Relevant certification or diploma in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred
