Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee records, including maintenance of HR files and data accuracy.
  • Conduct recruitment activities, such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including new employee orientation, paperwork completion, and orientation activities.
  • Manage the benefits administration process, including employee enrollment, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and policies.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, such as office supplies, mail distribution, and vendor management.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
