Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies to meet business expansion targets.

Identify and engage potential franchisees through market research, networking, and leveraging existing resources.

Minimum 2 years in franchise recruitment, business development, or sales roles within the F&B (food & beverage), retail, or chain restaurant industries.

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and drive data-driven decisions.

Proven success in channel development and achieving sales/franchise recruitment targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Resources:

Existing network of potential franchisees or investors in the F&B/retail sector is a strong advantage.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

Core Competencies

Market Expansion Expertise – Ability to identify and attract high-potential franchise partners.

Deal Closing & Sales Acumen – Skilled in converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Strategic Planning – Develop actionable plans based on market analysis and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
