1. Shipping & Transportation Support

  • Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
  • Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Support order entry, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
  • Verify outgoing orders against customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfilment.

3. Inventory Management

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Help monitor stock levels and alert for replenishment.

4. Documentation & Data Entry

  • Prepare and file logistics-related documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
  • Enter and update logistics data in ERP or inventory systems.
  • Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping.

5. Internal & External Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, procurement, warehouse) for smooth operations.
  • Support logistics team in communicating updates to customers and vendors.
  • Respond to basic inquiries about order and shipment status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
