Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Record and balance all cash movements throughout the day and during end-of-day closing.
  • Maintain zero tolerance for cash discrepancies, including shortages, excesses, or posting errors.
  • Ensure compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 and Bank Negara Malaysia Section 3 Guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Promote company products and ongoing promotions to encourage long-term customer relationships.
  • Answer customer calls courteously and provide prompt assistance.
  • Guide customers in completing application forms and respond to related inquiries.
  • Educate customers about our remittance services.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: SPM.
  • Prior experience is an added advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (6-day work week, 1 day off).
  • Able to start work immediately.

Work Location:

Plaza Idaman, Medan Idaman, Kuala Lumpur.

Salary

Commensurate with educational background and relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
