GREEN-i is an award-winning digital agency building high-performance websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing solutions for leading brands in Malaysia. Our clients include PETRONAS, Columbia Asia Hospitals, ASNB, Dutch Lady, Volkswagen, and more.

We are expanding our business development team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base across Web, App, and Digital Marketing solutions. This role reports directly to the CEO, with close collaboration with the Chief Design Officer (CDO), Chief Solution Architect (CSA), and the wider design, tech, and digital marketing teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Web, App, and Digital Marketing solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end BD activities: outreach, proposals, presentations, pitching, and client relationship development.
  • Work closely with the CEO, CDO, and CSA to craft high-quality proposals and solution strategies for prospective clients.
  • Understand client pain points, translate them into solution narratives, and ensure a consulting-style approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, digital marketing) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
  • Track performance of BD efforts and continuously refine strategies to increase conversion.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales — ideally in digital, marketing, software, or agency environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to understand digital solution components (web, app, social, performance, analytics) and frame them into business value.
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers, stakeholders, and senior clients.
  • Consultative, relationship-driven, and able to manage complex BD conversations.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with fast-moving teams.
