Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and payroll
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • To Submit E-invoice on LHDN platform
  • Familiar with accounting standards and filling procedure.
  • To submit management report as per deadline.
  • To update monthly ageing report
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports
  • Follow up payments from clients
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • To assist superior as when required
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA).
  • Good command in Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field, at least 3 years or above.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
  • Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software SQL.
  • Results-oriented with a good attitude and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to communicate bilingually English & Mandarin are required.
  • Knowledge of SQL. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an Executive role.
