  • Memastikan pesanan dihantar tepat pada masa.

Menyimpan dan mengemaskini data pelanggan

  • Menyusun rekod pelanggan dalam sistem atau fail.
  • Mengemaskini status bayaran, penghantaran, dan maklum balas pelanggan.

Membantu urusan pentadbiran pejabat

  • Menyediakan laporan jualan, senarai pelanggan, dan data mingguan/bulanan.
  • Menyokong tugasan pentadbiran seperti filing, surat-menyurat, dan dokumentasi pejabat.

Menangani aduan pelanggan

  • Menerima dan merekod aduan dengan sopan.
  • Berhubung dengan jabatan berkaitan untuk menyelesaikan isu dengan cepat dan profesional.

Membantu promosi & pemasaran

  • Menyebarkan maklumat promosi kepada pelanggan.
  • Membantu kempen online seperti posting media sosial, reply komen, dan follow-up pelanggan.

Menjaga imej & reputasi syarikat

  • Menyampaikan layanan mesra, profesional, dan menjaga kerahsiaan maklumat pelanggan.
