About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to support hiring activities for the Singapore market. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process, engage with candidates, and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective talent solutions.

This position is suitable for individuals with experience in telesales, sales, or recruitment, and those who enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural suitability.
  • Prepare candidate shortlists and ensure timely communication with client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process.
  • Achieve individual KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth recruitment operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Business, Human Resources, or any related fields.
  • Experience in telesales, sales, or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Prefer who can speak Chinese & English fluently to liase with SG market
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
