Job Scope

1) Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and maximize department revenue.
  • Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients — hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, etc. (including existing, newly opened, and upcoming outlets).
  • Monitor upcoming events, trends, and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute a HoReCa Channel Marketing Plan aligned with the company's brand strategy and sales targets.
  • Plan and implement both online and offline marketing activities to promote products and services.
  • Stay adaptable to evolving customer demands, industry trends, and operational needs.
  • Manage B2B email communications, inquiries, and follow-ups related to business development.

2) Operations & Service Oversight

  • Ensure consistent product and service quality standards for all F&B offerings.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supply management within the approved budget.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

3) Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports to senior management.
  • Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly business results, customer feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education requirement: SPM certificate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in HoReCa sales or the F&B/bakery ingredients industry is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business development, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
