Requirements

Education/Qualification: At least Degree in Quantity Surveying

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Key responsibilities

  • To assist/assess tendering process and contract management.
  • To assist in preparing progress claims, progress payment, variation order, and final account for contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in site assessment on subcontractors'/suppliers' claims and attend site meetings as and when required.
  • Taking off quantity, project costing calculation, BQ computation, and cost estimation, as well as cost planning, analysis, and monitoring for project resource, costing, and project budget.
  • To monitor the overall progress of work carried out at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and project's time schedule.
  • Any duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Site visit (if needed).
  • Able to travel (if needed).
