Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare staff work schedules, manage attendance and leave, and ensure adequate manpower for each shift.
  • Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment of materials.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Record and manage daily sales, supplier invoices, and basic financial transactions; prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
  • Coordinate deliveries and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and basic training of new employees; maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth workflow and goal alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or SPM in any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in restaurant administration or operations (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
