Job Description – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal HR records, including:
  • Employee basic information
  • Job descriptions
  • Job rotation records
  • Attendance records
  • Performance appraisal records

Recruit, select, and appoint personnel to meet the company's manpower requirements.

Plan and manage HR budgets, including:

  • Compensation system and work rules
  • Employee welfare programs and retirement plans
  • Personnel management reports (e.g., work hour planning, attendance management)

Plan and implement the company's training and development programs:

  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate training effectiveness

Conduct job analysis to support:

  • Departmental job reviews
  • Job assignments and staffing decisions
  • Definition of departmental responsibilities and job descriptions

Plan, guide, and coordinate all employee-related matters, including:

  • Employment contracts and compensation
  • Labour law compliance
  • Employee relations
  • Policy improvements to enhance management efficiency

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM42, RM69,000.00 per year
