IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· System and Network Administration – Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot company servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations and data security.

· Technical Support – Provide hardware, software, and user support for employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.

· IT Asset and Software Management – Manage IT equipment inventory, software licenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

· Data Backup and Security – Implement and monitor data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures to safeguard company information.

· System Improvement and Implementation – Assist in evaluating, deploying, and upgrading IT systems or solutions to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

· Secondarily oversee HQ CCTV, building and premise infrastructure, including maintenance, safety, and upkeeping.

Requirements:

• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 3years experience in IT
• Knowledge in IT hardware, networking, server and system administration.
• Willing to travel occasionally to company stores or branches when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
