Receive, process and confirm invoices. Approve and arrange payments to suppliers or vendors. Keep precise records of financial transactions. Process invoices for accuracy and proper approvals. Match invoices to purchase or non-purchase orders. Ensure bills are paid or negotiated by their due dates. Enter transaction to maintain accurate revenue reports. Assist with set up of new suppliers or vendors. Generate monthly, quarterly, or annual statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices/ staff claims/ utilities bills and supporting documents.
  • Process payments to vendors via bank transfer.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of AP transactions into the accounting system.
  • Handle E Invoice self-billed requirement
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and payments.
  • Validate staff claims and ensure it's tally with supporting documents and aligned with T&E policy.
  • Assist in expenses analysis
  • Prepare AP reports and assist in monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany billing.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior.

Requirements:  

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in AR or AP functions will be added advantage. Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply
  • Strong understanding in basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate in ERP Sage accounting system and knowledge in Microsoft Office tools. High competency in Excel will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, timely, proactive in problem-solving, attention to details and accuracy, independent, effective communication skills and committed to deliver with integrity.
