Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of project invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with clients contracts, project milestones, supporting documents.
  • Act as a bridge between operations, finance, and clients for billing-related matters.
  • Track project progress to align billing with milestones.
  • Generate billing status reports for management review.
  • Identify bottlenecks, discrepancies, and risks in billing or project documentation.
  • Guide and train billing coordinators, assistants.
  • Implement standard and procedures for billing and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accounting,
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in billing, project coordination, or related supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of billing cycles, project documentation, and client contract terms.
  • Familiarity with Billing systems and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to supervise a small team and coordinate across departments.
