Technical Support
Provide first-level support to staffs for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Respond to support emails, or calls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems.
Hardware & Software Maintenance
Install, configure, and update computer systems and software.
- Set up new user accounts, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance and updates.
Network Support
Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and internet connectivity.
Assist in managing Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Data Backup & Security
Assist in performing regular data backups.
- Ensure antivirus and security software are up to date.
Help enforce IT security policies.
User Training & Documentation
Guide users in using basic IT systems or applications.
Create and update user manuals and technical documentation.
System Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor systems for unusual activity or potential failures.
- Report incidents or performance issues to senior IT personnel.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
