Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Handle paperwork such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Open new files for new customers and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage document circulation and ensure records are properly updated.
  • Support other administrative functions as assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Able to start work immediately and commit for the temporary period.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
