Job Overview:

Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high food quality, excellent customer experience, and efficient team management, while supporting business performance and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering and stock management.

People & Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support staff growth.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented, and health-conscious work culture.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build relationships with regular guests and promote brand loyalty.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and implement improvements.

Business & Financial Performance

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor costs, including labor, food wastage, and inventory.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

Brand & Facility Management

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment aligned with the brand.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quality, sustainable ingredients.
  • Report and follow up on facility maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in restaurant or F&B management; healthy food concept experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for healthy living, nutrition, and excellent customer service.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
