Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and actively manage the lead generation process to expand our client base. Responsibilities also include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and contributing to business planning efforts to achieve revenue and growth goals. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Consulting and Business Planning
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and execute strategic growth plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative on-site environment
  • Prior experience in human resources technology or services is an advantage
