Position Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including business development, sales growth, and team management.

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive new opportunities, manage performance, and ensure the branch operates efficiently according to HQ standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach new customers from schools, companies, and organizations.
  • Lead and support sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Plan and execute branch-level marketing or promotions.

2. Branch Operations

  • Oversee daily branch workflow including order, design, and production coordination.
  • Ensure pricing, payment, and production follow HQ's standard policy.
  • Monitor timelines and communicate with suppliers for on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer service and ensure satisfaction.

3. Team Management

  • Supervise and guide Admin, Designer, and Sales staff in daily tasks.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins and ensure clear communication in official group chats.
  • Motivate and train staff to improve performance.
  • Report branch performance and progress to HQ.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or business management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and handle team coordination under pressure.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of T-shirt printing, apparel customization, or design process is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and result-oriented.

Mon-Fri: 8.30AM-5.30PM

Sat: 8.30AM-2.00PM
