Job Description:
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Screen, route, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged (venue, materials, refreshments, tech setup).
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups for business priorities and projects.
- Liaise with senior management, department heads, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, business records, and databases (physical and digital).
- Manage expenses, claims, invoices, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of board papers, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Support the executive in strategic planning by conducting research and compiling data as needed.
- Oversee calendar efficiency to prioritize tasks and optimize time usage.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Malay and English.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
