Job Summary

KK Supermart is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual execution of branding and marketing campaigns across both digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of Malaysia's leading convenience retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and lead the design execution of integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, in-store, and outdoor media.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets for brand activations, store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and improving team output quality.
  • Liaise with printers, media agencies, and vendors to ensure production quality and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising teams to interpret briefs into impactful visuals.
  • Stay updated with design trends, retail marketing innovations, and technology.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in design (in-house or agency), preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print (packaging, POSM, brochures) and digital (social media, website, email) work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of video editing/motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Experience managing production processes, including color proofing and press checks.
  • Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
  • Leadership qualities, ability to manage multiple deadlines and team coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
