Printing Production Crew

The Printing Production Crew operates and maintains printing equipment, prepares and finishes printed materials, and assists with on-site installation of printed products to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Printing Operations

  • Set up, operate, and monitor digital or offset printing machines.

  • Load paper, ink, and other materials for production runs.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications and maintain print quality.

  • Finishing & Installation

  • Trim, laminate, mount, or package printed materials as required.

  • Perform on-site installation of signage, banners, stickers, event backdrops, and other printed products.
  • Ensure installations are secure, aligned, and completed according to client requirements.

  • Quality Control

  • Inspect prints for color accuracy, alignment, and finishing standards.

  • Identify and resolve printing or installation issues promptly.

  • Maintenance & Safety

  • Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance on printing equipment.

  • Follow workplace safety guidelines and use proper PPE for production and installation work.

  • Material Handling & Logistics

  • Organize, label, and pack finished products for delivery or storage.

  • Maintain accurate inventory of printing and installation supplies.

  • Teamwork & Communication

  • Coordinate with designers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure all printing and installation projects meet specifications and deadlines.

  • Report equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or site issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in printing production and/or installation preferred (training provided).
  • Basic mechanical and technical aptitude; ability to read measurements accurately.
  • Comfortable working at various on-site locations and at heights if required.
  • Good physical stamina; able to lift up to [X] kg and work on ladders or scaffolding.
  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed
