We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to join us at AGROMATE (M) SDN BHD.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - EXECUTIVE (BASED IN KOTA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA)

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination and Execution

o   Planning and developing project scope, goals and deliverable.

o   Coordinate activities and assign tasks to team members and manage schedules.

o   Provide on-site direction to contractors, in coordination with Warehouse personnel.

  • Budget and Resource Management

o   Prepare project budget (annually) for Management's approval.

o   Monitor project budgets to ensure project is executed within cost constraints.

o   Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables meets time, cost and quality.

  • Communication and Documentation

o   Act as a point of contact, ensuring clear communications among all stakeholders.

o   Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts and plans.

o   Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders (contractors and warehouse personnel).

  • Risk and Quality Assurance

o   Identifying and assessing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

o   Monitor project performance to ensure it meets expected quality standards and company objectives/policies.

  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Construction Management/Project Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building, warehouse, or facilities management.

·       Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and statutory compliance.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (preferred).

·       Willing to travel frequently to all warehouse facilities across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

·       Possess a valid driving license and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
