About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team at SOUL ASIA RESORT & WELLNESS CENTER in Taman Daya Johor. As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our wellness centre. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
- Handling cash and card payments, and processing financial transactions
- Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive experience for all clients
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software programs, including appointment booking and point-of-sale systems
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the spa or wellness industry
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and providing exceptional service
