Role Description

This full-time, on-site position as Human Resources Executive is based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves managing HR operations, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will foster a positive work environment, support organizational efficiency through strategic HR practices, and assist in the development of employee engagement and welfare programs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and overseeing HR Operations
  • Solid experience in Employee Relations and implementing effective HR Policies
  • Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address employee concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or senior care sector is a plus
