Job Responsibilities:


• Uphold and promote the Vision and Mission of the school.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, etc.) aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.

• Prepare Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans, assessment papers, and maintain accurate student progress records.

• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the holistic development of young learners.

• Establish and maintain effective classroom management to promote positive behavior and a conducive learning atmosphere.

• Monitor, assess, and provide feedback on students' academic performance and personal growth.

• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning environment.

• Support students' emotional and social well-being through pastoral care and individualized guidance.

• Keep abreast of educational developments and best teaching practices through continuous professional learning.

• Participate actively in Co-Curricular Activities (CCA), school events, field trips, and other extracurricular programs.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the School Management, including support for school events, projects, and community initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree / Master's Degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting with familiarity in the Cambridge syllabus.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in an additional language (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is an advantage.

• Passionate about teaching young children—patient, caring, creative, and adaptable.

• Committed, responsible, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive attitude.

• Able to foster a love of learning and support each child's individual development.
