Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Operation Assistant to support our daily operations and logistics. You'll be the key person ensuring everything runs smoothly — from production and stock movement to maintenance coordination and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to meet production and delivery targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage logistics coordination, including booking containers for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), Peninsular, and export shipments.
- Oversee stock checks before dispatch to ensure accuracy and product quality.
- Track and monitor driver schedules and delivery progress to ensure timely arrival.
- Implement inventory control procedures and maintain warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate equipment and facility maintenance — for example, arranging repairs when factory pipelines or utilities require service.
- Handle supplier sourcing for operational needs and processing purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and assist in staff training when needed.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and documentation requirements.
- Optimize use of resources — manpower, equipment, and materials — to achieve smooth operations.
- Assist Management in problem-solving and contingency planning for unexpected operational issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management team.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of related experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
- Able to work overtime when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
