You will work closely with our HR Lead and business unit managers, supporting employees and helping to shape a
positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace

What You'll Do:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
· Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and find the right candidates.
· Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation to set new hires up for success.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries, concerns, and conflicts.
- Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, using feedback from employee engagement surveys to drive action
3. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and set up for success from day one.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to support retention.
4. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Draft and manage HR-related letters, memos, and documentation.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment) to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
4. Learning & Development (L&D):
- Identify employee training needs and work with leadership to develop and coordinate relevant learning programs and workshops.
- Track employee development plans and ensure timely execution.
- Support employer branding initiatives related to growth and learning.
5. HR Projects & Initiatives
- Support the HR Lead on regional HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in talent management, employer branding, and employee engagement projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist
- Bachelor's degree in HR or 5+ years of HR experience in HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and delivering meaningful reports.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with empathy, maturity, and professionalism.
- A self-starter with a high degree of autonomy, strong analytical skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
