Full-time | Rotational Shifts (No LATE-NIGHT Shifts)

Are you fluent in
Japanese

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in Japanese.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent
    Japanese speaker
    (JLPT N1/N2 preferred).
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts (No LATE-NIGHT Shifts)
