**INTERNSHIP DURATION WITH 4 MONTHS AND ABOVE ARE PRIORITIZED**
Get to know the role:
You'll assist with administrative tasks, data management, and project support. Ideal for students pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the manager in implementing / administrating compensation and benefit plans such as staff's medical claim, insurance claim, expenses claim, handling phone calls, managing emails, filing documents & coordinating appointments.
- Data Management: Update and maintain databases, records and files with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with different departments to provide assistance in ongoing projects. This may involve research, data analysis, and preparing presentations.
- Special Events: Assist in coordinating and managing employee benefit and wellness activities, programs, and events in collaboration with the internal communications team.
- Learning & Development: Take advantage of the learning opportunities during the internship to grow professionally and gain insights into business operations.
You should have:
- Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Administration, Management or Human Resource or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English is essential for effective interaction within the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and other relevant software tools.
- Attention to detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and administrative tasks.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
