Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Key duties include verifying and submitting claims, interacting with customers to address warranty-related issues, collaborating with service technicians, and ensuring adherence to warranty guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

Requirement:

  • Working experience in Automotive is preferable.
  • Degree/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
