Role Overview
As Lead Producer, you will oversee
an internal Unity project
— driving delivery, enabling collaboration, and ensuring high-quality execution. After internal milestone success, this role will transition into
co-development (codev) support for external partners
globally.
This role is ideal for producers with strong
agile leadership
,
multidisciplinary team management
, and
Unity project pipeline
knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production from concept → delivery for internal Unity game project
- Build and maintain
project schedules, sprint plans
, and
milestones - Align cross-functional teams (Art, Design, Engineering) and global stakeholders
- Identify risks, unblock challenges, and maintain efficient delivery pipelines
- Facilitate
agile ceremonies
and drive continuous improvement - Mentor associate producers and production support staff
- Support development of scalable processes for future
codev services projects
Requirements / Must Have
- 5+ years in game production, with 2+ years in
Lead or Senior Producer - Proven experience managing
Unity
game development teams - Strong experience in Agile / Scrum, milestone planning & live service operations
- Excellent communication, prioritization & stakeholder management skills
- Passion for games + proactive leadership mindset
