Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience and/ or education Minimum of two years with related experience Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Good in critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills e.g., DOE, 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, 5-Why, Fish Bone, IS-IS NOT etc. Must have strong teamwork and communication skills, passion, productivity, and self-learning ability Good understanding in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl etc will be an added advantage Mastery of Microsoft Office applications Good written and verbal presentation skills in English We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
