About the role

As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant/Consultant at PINNACLE AT GEORGETOWN SDN. BHD., you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This full-time position is based in George Town, Penang, and will involve providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the corporate secretarial team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting/providing consultancy for regional compliance supports
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the corporate secretarial team
  • Preparing and filing various corporate documents and forms
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handling and responding to inquiries and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the organisation and preparation of board and shareholder meetings
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar corporate secretarial or business consultancy or MNC compliance or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Able to conceptualize complex cross countries transactions, adapt and react in fast pace.
