Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for day-to-day billing and collection activities and report to superior on outstanding / potential debtor issues.
  • Prepare and compile comprehensive monthly management reports to monitor and assess the financial performance of the organization.
  • Prepare monthly status report, collection report and other reports as assigned.
  • To be key user for Yardi software implementation on Lease Administration
  • Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
  • Preferably with 2 to 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command in both written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the job require to liaise with tenants/ client.
  • Good interpersonal communications skills.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office, sensitive towards figures calculation.
