Job Descriptions
- Responsible for day-to-day billing and collection activities and report to superior on outstanding / potential debtor issues.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive monthly management reports to monitor and assess the financial performance of the organization.
- Prepare monthly status report, collection report and other reports as assigned.
- To be key user for Yardi software implementation on Lease Administration
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Degree/ diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
- Preferably with 2 to 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command in both written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the job require to liaise with tenants/ client.
- Good interpersonal communications skills.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office, sensitive towards figures calculation.
