  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from job posting until onboarding process.
  2. Administered payroll process in HRM system ensure timely submission for the payment processes.
  3. Maintaining and update employee details in HRMS and employee file.
  4. Moderator of HRMS and maintaining the system promptly by ensuring accuracy of the information.
  5. Handle day to day employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  6. Plan and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and welfare.
  7. Identify training needs for employee development process.
  8. Assist in the performance management process for probationary review and yearly performance appraisal processes.
  9. Monitor employee confirmation, promotion and contract renewal timelines.
  10. Ensure HR practices comply with Sarawak Labour Ordinance and other local laws.
  11. Handle statutory submission such as EPF, SOSCO, EIS and LHDN.
  12. Prepare HR reports, letters, memo and relevant documentation.
  13. Managing employee hostel and work closely with the hostel warden to ensure employees' welfare, discipline, and comfort are well maintained.
