Indoor Sales Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

  1. Provide essential administrative assistance to sales team, including preparation and safe keeping of sales documents such as quotation, customers purchase orders, contract, customers product specification, customers' part drawings, NDA and etc.
  2. To replace/relief and carry out the responsibility and authority of other sales assistant/sales coordinator in his/her absence or if need arises.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding inquiries about accounts or products. Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customers' satisfaction and retention.
  4. Keep up to date and maintaining all selling price of all the customers and liaise closely with sales team on any price changes during cost up and down.
  5. Responsible to inform Production Planner to run customer sample upon receiving the new mould and thereafter submission of sample to customer for approval
  6. Inform and update the Production Planner, Production and QA Department upon receipt of the approved sample, mould modification and other related matters from customer.
  7. Handle order processing such as ensuring accuracy in pricing and product details, input Sales Orders in Master system, initiate Internal Purchase Requisition, monitor order fulfilment to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
  8. Liaison with QA upon receiving complaint from customer on quality problems.
  9. Actively participate and involve in the Company's activities. (Eg ISO, ERP, etc)
  10. Responsible to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  1. Minimum SPM or equivalent with at least 2 years related working experience.
  2. Preferably with computer knowledge.
  3. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
Outdoor Sales Executives

·       To be the company ambassador & represent the company in the best possible manner & ethics when servicing clients according to company mission, vision and values.

·       Achieve maximum sales & profitability, growth and account penetration for targets set by the company.

·       Service existing customers by obtaining sales orders and organizing daily visitation schedule.

·       Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.

·       Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

·       Attend to customers' enquiries and follow up with quotations effectively.

·       Ensure timely follow up & delivery of goods to customers.

·       Manage payment collections from customers in accordance with the company terms and procedures.

·       Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·       Actively participant Submit report to HOC on monthly basis and attend weekly meeting.

·       To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
