Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead New Project Development:
    Act as a core team member, responsible for the backend architecture design and development of new projects. Ensure the smooth progression of projects from planning to implementation, delivering exceptional products.
  2. Technology Stack Application and Innovation:
    Utilize Go as the primary programming language, and explore the application of cutting-edge technologies in backend development by leveraging AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli or Claude-code), injecting intelligent capabilities into projects.
  3. Team Collaboration and Guidance:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, share technical insights on backend development and AI programming, mentor team members to foster their growth, unlock team potential, and cultivate a high-efficiency collaborative environment.
  4. Tackle Technical Challenges:
    Address complex technical challenges by leveraging profound backend development expertise and sharp problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues, propose effective solutions, and ensure the steady progress of projects.
  5. Continuous Optimization and Innovation:
    Stay updated on industry trends, and introduce new technologies and tools to optimize the existing backend technology architecture, enhancing system performance, stability, and user experience.

Qualifications

  1. Technical Skills:
  2. Proficient in Go, with a solid foundation in backend development. Familiar with common frameworks and middleware, capable of independently developing and optimizing complex backend systems.
  3. Familiar with AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli or Claude-code), possessing practical experience in using AI programming to enhance development efficiency and quality in real-world projects.
  4. Familiar with client-side development processes (e.g., Android/iOS), able to communicate and collaborate effectively with client-side teams to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
  5. Project Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience (Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field is required). Must have experience as a lead or core contributor in large, complex projects, with strong project planning, implementation, and management capabilities.
  6. Thinking Abilities:
    Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovation mindset. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and technologies, continuously exploring the boundaries of technology.
